Amit Laghate is an accomplished interior designer from Pune and he has an excellent reputation in the global interior designing fraternity. After completing his academic education in 1997, Amit worked for various reputed companies from 1997 to 2003 before taking the decision to start his own firm called ‘Amit Laghate Designers and Contractors’ in 2004. He is known for his unique ideas in interior design and has gained a lot of respect due to his excellent execution of these ideas.
Apart from interior design, he has a proficiency for pencil sketching and a penchant for photography. Amit is passionate about ancient Indian culture and travels across the length and breadth of the country on a regular basis, sharing his learned views on how our heritage is still relevant and significant in today’s contemporary design trends.
Mrinal Pate, Design Head
Mrinal Pate is a dynamic Architect, and has an experience of more than 10 years in the field of Architecture and Interior Designing. She has worked with various prestigious
architectural firms across Pune and Hyderabad.
Mrinal has been associated with ‘Amit Laghate Designers and Contractors’ as a Design Head since 2010.
She keeps herself updated with the latest trends and practices the same effectively in her designs. She plays a vital role in home styling and material selection for the clients as well.
Also a passionate Yoga practitioner, Mrinal keeps great interest in reading philosophical and informative literature.

Wonderful co-operation and job well executed
I remember those days while we met for the first time and discussed in length towards my requirements as far as renovation of my house and budgetary restrictions were concerned. As a layman, initially a couple of meeting were required to understand it but soon I had realised the fact that it, has been presented very simply for my easy understanding. Also, during the work, where ever required, your education towards Vastu Shastra was of great help to us which we started experiencing a few months post completion of the work. I still remember of those final days when the work went in full swing and that everyday I got to see a lot many surprises towards the progress.
